Heck yeah it would make a huge difference!! And I am very happy for you to have so much ambition to change! Some tips; try yoga, try working out at your schools weight room (if your school has one), drink LOTS of water, eat three meals a day, set goals and rewards, try out jumping rope, try going on walks (or walking your dog) Don’t feel overwhelmed!! The first week on a diet is hard, but you will get used to telling yourself no, because once you look at the difference you made (and hear people saying “have you lost weight?!” it will all be worth it!! Have fun!!! And don’t be afraid to ask more questions!! (:(:(:
